Pretty & Polished Dark Arts Collection, part 1

Pretty & Polished is releasing the Dark Arts Collection on Sunday, January 25 at noon EST. There are six polishes in the collection and I have three of them here for you today and three more in a few days. Check out some glow-in-the-dark, glittery, multichrome magic after the break!

Arcane In The Membrane is a mermaidy deep green jelly with scattered holo shimmer and turquoise holo and aqua hex glitters. The formula is great on this - dries quickly and easy to use. It is matte, but I wore it here in three coats with top coat.

I Never Kiss And Spell is a matte, slightly textured hot pink with magenta flakes and scattered holo. I would characterize the texture as leather-like. It wore really well, no chipping. After one day I top coated it and photographed it that way as well. This is shown in four thin coats, as it is a bit jelly-like and I loved how it self-leveled even though it is matte. This one also glows in the dark, with bothyellow-green and orange hues.

Maleficum has a variety of multichrome flakes in a white base. This one I wore with four very thin coats for evenness. The formula, again, was great and quick drying.

This collection goes live on Sunday, January 25 at noon EST. Each of these is priced at $8.50 for 15ml or $50 for the full set of six. Be sure to check back for the second half of the collection soon!
