NE is a scattered holo with a neon pink base. It is slightly warmer than Melting Point 248.67°C, which is more of a magenta, but is fairly close. It has a nice formula, shown here with three thin coats (two are enough) and top coat. The name refers to the atomic symbol of the element neon.
Neon Plasma is an orange-red neon with scattered holo. This one faked out my camera and photographed way redder than it is. I was able to correct that perfectly but blogger has removed some of the intensity of the color - it is still fairly close here, but a touch brighter in real life. The name of this polish refers to the most excited state of an element, consisting of positive ions and free electrons. This is the state neon is in during it characteristic red glow in a neon sign.
Noble Gas is an phthalo blue linear holo with a jelly quality to it. In spite of this, it is extremely pigmented and opaque, shown here with three thin coats, though two would do. Due to the concentration of the colorant, it is best to be very careful while painting to avoid cleanup. Also, I tested this one for staining by wearing it for 24 hours, and it did not stain. I covered my fingers with Aquaphor ointment before removal and used extra cotton rounds and had no skin staining either.
