Fair Maiden Polish Fright Night Collection

Freak Show is a black linear holo with subtle violet shimmer and red and turquoise holographic microglitters. I am wearing it in three thin coats but two would do. It has a nice formula and is a little textured so you will need a thick top coat if you want it perfectly smooth. This is inspired by American Horror Story

I Wanna Do Bad Things with You is a linear holo with pink microflakes that shift gold, in a dark magenta purple base. I wore it in three thin coats but two is enough. Nice formula and dry time. It is a True Blood-themed polish.

Pretty People Taste Better is probably my favorite as it is so soft yet interesting. It has a scattered holo effect with gold-to-blue duochrome shimmer in sage green base. Very similar formula to I Wanna Do Bad Things with You. It is a tribute to The Walking Dead.

Slice of Life is a brand new concept to Fair Maiden - their first glow-in-the-dark! By day it is a lovely light cyan, but by night a ghostly blue-green. Due to the glow-in-the-dark pigments it is a little different than the brand's normal formula - somewhat streaky on the first coat but it evens out on the second. I did three thin coats for good measure. Like all glow-in-the-darks, it dries matte and has a small amount of texture, but a single layer of top coat makes it look like a normal creme, as I show it here. This polish is inspired by Dexter.

As you can see, the glow is quite strong. I wore this to bed and startled myself as I was falling asleep, thinking car headlamps were shining in my window - it was just my nails, near my head, lol!
